DUO handles your registration, your result, your loan and any fines. CvTE writes and marks the Staatsexamen NT2. The IND handles your residence and naturalisation. Your municipality runs your route, your PIP, PVT and MAP. Blik op Werk certifies language schools — and has nothing to do with your exam.

The three mistakes that cost time
- **Asking DUO for an extension.** Extensions and routes go through your **municipality**.
- **Asking the IND when your result arrives.** Results come from DUO; the IND only sees them once you submit them.
- **Complaining to DUO about your language school.** That goes to Blik op Werk, and for fraud to your municipality.

Who issues my diploma?
DUO issues the integration diploma. The Staatsexamen NT2 diploma also comes via DUO, with CvTE responsible for content and standards.
Who do I object to about a fine?
