Terms of service

These terms govern your use of slaagkans.nl(“Slaagkans”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Slaagkans.

1. Who we are

Slaagkans is operated by Anjaneai Srivastava Enterprise, a company established in Poland and registered under REGON 529478657.

2. What Slaagkans is — and isn’t

Slaagkans is an independent practice tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for DUO, the IND, CvTE or any exam authority. Our questions are original, exam-style content we create — they are notthe official exam tasks. Mock results are practice indicators only and are not official exam results; NT2 results in particular are an estimate of a scaled score. We don’t guarantee that practising here will result in passing the real exam.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate registration details.
• Your account is personal to you; keep your password confidential and don’t share access.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.

4. Access and payment

• Every account gets a free, limited practice tier after sign-up.
• Paid access is a one-time payment per exam, granting access for the stated period (currently 3 months per exam). Two tiers are offered per exam — Essentials (full-length mocks and the full question bank) and Mastery (adds AI feedback on writing and speaking, weak-area analytics and progress history). What each tier includes is shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Prices are shown in euros and are final: the amount shown on the pricing page is the amount charged. No VAT or other tax is added at checkout, and no tax is charged on this service. A receipt is issued for every payment; if you need an invoice addressed to a company, email us.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. Access unlocks once payment is confirmed.

5. Right of withdrawal & refunds

Slaagkans is digital content supplied online. As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and paying does not end it. At checkout you ask us to make the content available at once and acknowledge that the right ends when supply begins — and supply begins the moment you first open paid content: a full-length mock, the complete question bank, or AI feedback. We record that moment. The free half-length mock and the question-bank sample are not paid content and do not count. Until you open something, you may still withdraw and be refunded in full. Nothing here limits your mandatory rights under Dutch and EU consumer law. If something went wrong with a purchase, email contact@slaagkans.nl — we handle genuine problems fairly.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, resell, redistribute or publish our questions or other content;
• share, resell or provide access to your account;
• reverse-engineer, disrupt, or try to bypass limits or security of the service;
• misuse the AI feedback feature or submit unlawful, infringing or harmful content.

7. Intellectual property

All content on Slaagkans — questions, explanations, audio, images, text and design — is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own exam preparation only. All other rights are reserved.

8. AI feedback

The AI writing and speaking feedback is an automated study aid. It can be wrong or incomplete and is not an official assessment. Use it as guidance, not as a guarantee of your real-exam result.

9. Availability

We work to keep Slaagkans available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. We may update, suspend or change parts of the service, and exam facts (structure, fees, dates) are set by the authorities and can change — always confirm officially before you register for a real exam.

10. Termination

You can stop using Slaagkans and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the law.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for exam outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law (including mandatory consumer rights). Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant exam access.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We’ll change the “last updated” date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Poland, where we are established. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-law provisions of the country where you habitually reside — so if you live in the Netherlands, mandatory Dutch consumer law continues to protect you regardless of this clause.

As a consumer you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence, and we will bring any claim against you in the courts of your country of residence. If you are not a consumer, the competent courts of Poland have exclusive jurisdiction.
