Luisteren: wat moet u doen?
A question about the action the listener has to take: call back, walk to another platform, bring something, press a button.
Almost every message in this part exists to make someone do something, and the instruction is marked: a polite Wilt u …?, or a command that starts with the verb — Loop, Neem, Bel. The difficulty is that the same message also contains things you should not do, things that happen anyway, and the details of when and where. The wrong options take those pieces and turn them into actions.
How the exam tests this
In the A2 Luisteren part — multiple choice on short audio fragments, computer-marked — this question follows voicemails, station and shop announcements, directions, a pharmacist's explanation or a supervisor's briefing. The options are built from the same message: the time of the old appointment glued to the new instruction, the step before the one asked about, the thing you were told never to do, an object that was mentioned but not the one to bring. All of them are in the recording; only one is what you were asked to do.
