Luisteren: detailvraag
A question about one precise fact in a longer fragment: a day, a time, a reason, which of two things.
B1 fragments are long — a weather forecast, a team briefing, a radio interview — and each one plays once. Most questions ask for one fact from it; in our bank that is 511 of our 821 B1 listening items. The fragment is packed with facts of the same kind, so the wrong options are real facts from the recording, attached to the wrong question.
How the exam tests this
In the B1 Luisteren exam you hear several long fragments, each played once, and answer multiple-choice questions that are computer-marked. The questions follow the order of the fragment. A detail question names its target exactly — voor welke dag, hoe laat, waarom — and three options repeat other days, times or reasons that were also said. Nothing in the wrong options is invented; they are misplaced.
