Zinstaak: voorstel
A sentence task that asks you to propose one concrete action to a named person or body.
A proposal is an action someone else could actually carry out: who does what, and roughly when or how often. The task names a recipient — your team, the gemeente, a department — and a goal, and your sentence must turn the goal into one step. The difficulty is that learners write the goal back as a wish (make the shopping area nicer) or as a demand (the council must…), and neither is a proposal. The frame you choose, ik stel voor om … te or wat zou u ervan vinden als …, then fixes the grammar of the rest.
How the exam tests this
Schrijven II has 9–12 tasks in 100 minutes, roughly 7–8 of them single sentences. A proposal task either asks for a whole sentence to a named recipient or prints a stem ending in voorstellen dat. Two assessors mark against a scheme; our practice items ask whether the sentence expresses the relation asked for, whether the connector and its word order are right, and whether it fits the situation. A vague wish fails the first question, a missing te or a misplaced verb the second, and a casual je to the gemeente the third.
